Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
Due to the nature of our electronic devices, Oudra does not offer returns. Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery provided that the device:
- Has not been used or turned on
- Is in its original packaging with all included items
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
Once the device is received, inspected and meets our eligibility criteria, the exchange will be processed.

Once an order is placed, please allow 1–5 business days for processing and handling. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been shipped and is in the hands of a carrier.
Oud is one of the rarest and most precious raw materials in the world of fragrance, harvested from the heartwood of Aquilaria trees in Southeast Asia. The trees undergo a natural transformation after coming into contact with a specific fungus, triggering the production of a dark, aromatic resin as a defensive response.
Over time, this resin saturates the core of the tree, creating agarwood—the source of Oud. This resin-soaked wood can be gently burned or distilled into pure Oud oil to release its rich, captivating aroma. The scent is deep, woody, slightly sweet, and intensely long-lasting.

Oudra offers a variety of Oud wood chips and Oud oils. The wood chips can be used with the Elite Burner for use on hair, clothing, and in any space. The Oud oils are best used directly on skin and hair.
Upon receiving the Elite Burner, first remove the safety seal and add the provided metal plate to the heating compartment. Then, add your Oud wood chips, choose an attachment, and press and hold the power button to turn on the device.
The burner will stay active for 90 seconds per use and then will automatically shut off. Please allow 40 seconds before next use.
We recommend charging the device for 4 hours before use. Depending on usage frequency, you can expect 8–10 uses before the device prompts you to recharge.
