Shipping & Returns:

Once an order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for processing and handling and additional time for shipping. Shipping time may vary based on location.

Oudra is not responsible for any packages lost, mishandled, stolen, or damaged once shipped.

*Please be aware that customs may be required depending on your country’s “Customs Code”.

Returns:

Oudra does not accept returns. However, exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery given that the product: has not been used or turned on, is in its original packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please email hello@oudra.co to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return labels.

All international orders are final sale and CANNOT be returned.

Oud wood chips and Oud oils are final sale
